By using FanSpot at fanspot.live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use FanSpot.

2. What FanSpot is

FanSpot is an informational platform that helps fans discover venues showing sporting events. FanSpot does not own, operate, or manage any venue listed on the platform. Venue information is sourced from public data and user submissions.

3. Venue accuracy disclaimer

FanSpot makes reasonable efforts to display accurate venue information including opening hours, addresses, and match schedules. However, FanSpot does not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete, or current. Always confirm with the venue directly before visiting. FanSpot is not liable for any inconvenience caused by inaccurate venue information.

4. Venue listings

Venue owners who submit their venue to FanSpot confirm that they have the right to submit the information provided and that the information is accurate. FanSpot reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion. Featured placement is subject to payment and availability.

5. User responsibilities

You agree not to: Use FanSpot for any unlawful purpose. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent venue information. Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute FanSpot data without permission. Interfere with the operation of the FanSpot platform. Impersonate any person or organisation.

6. Intellectual property

The FanSpot name, logo, and platform design are owned by FanSpot. Venue photos submitted by venue owners remain the property of the submitter. By submitting photos, you grant FanSpot a non-exclusive licence to display them on the platform.

7. Match schedules

Match times and fixture information displayed on FanSpot are for convenience only. FanSpot is not an official source of FIFA or football federation data. Match times may change — always verify with official sources.

8. Limitation of liability

FanSpot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FanSpot is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to travelling to a venue that is closed or not showing a match.
